DANCE

 Movement rhythmic bodily that follow a pattern, usually accompanied with music and serving as a form of communication or expression. Human beings are expressed through movement. The dance is the transformation of normal functions and common expressions in movements out of the ordinary for extraordinary purposes. Even as normal as walking action is performed in the dance of an established form, in circles or in a particular rhythm and in a special context. The dance may include a preset movement vocabulary, as in ballet, and European folk dance, or symbolic gestures or MIME, can be used as in numerous forms of Asian dance. People from different cultures dance differently for different reasons and different types of dances reveal a lot about their way of life.

GENRES OF DANDE

The dance has been evolved in many styles, from academic dance or ballet, breakdance and the krumping. Definitions which are to dance are dependent on social, cultural, aesthetic, artistic and moral factors, as well as the range of functional movement (such as folk dance) to the virtuous techniques (such as ballet). Every dance, no matter the style, they have something in common, since in most cases it implies to have flexibility and movement of the body, as well as physical condition.
